Memberships
Our current membership year ends on Aug. 31, 2026. The membership period runs from Sept. 1, 2026 to Aug. 31, 2027. You can join anytime throughout the year, but once you have joined, you agree to continue monthly payments through August 2027. Early cancellation is not permitted.
(Example: If you join in October 2026, you are responsible for payments through August 2027.)
If you are not currently a member and would like to join, please go to CourtReserve. Type in Wausau Tennis and Pickleball Center as the club selection and create an account in CourtReserve. You will then be able to select a membership. If you need any assistance with this process, please call Paul Bailey at 715-551-9816.
We offer monthly payments or a full one-time payment for the annual membership fee.
Monthly Payments
Wausau Tennis and Pickleball Center uses CourtReserve for online monthly payments of the annual membership fee (tennis and pickleball). Memberships include court reservations, league play, social events and open play.
If you are a current member paying your membership monthly, you do not need to do anything. Your membership will automatically renew in CourtReserve for another year.
One-time Payment (in full)
Members also have the option to pay the membership in full, by check, and will not be subject to the 5.5% sales tax. Full payment must be received by Aug.10, 2026 (checks payable to WI Tennis).
We encourage everyone to select their membership option as early as possible so we can begin organizing and scheduling tennis leagues, junior tennis group programs, and establishing pickleball leagues for a September start.

Offer
5.5 % sales tax will be added to the monthly fee.
* Limited Individual Tennis Membership - membership that only allows members to participate in one league for a maximum of 10 matches per season with no court booking privileges.

Junior Tennis Guest
- Not allowed to reserve tennis courts
- Register for junior tennis group programs at a higher fee
- Register for summer junior tennis camps at a higher fee
- Book private tennis lessons at a higher fee
Pickleball Pay as you Play
- Reserve Pickleball courts for a fee
- Register for open play for a fee
- Register for events for a fee
